We were extremely frustrated with our previous provider. Thinking about how little support we had with payroll or ACA would literally keep me up at night. The Paycom implementation process was incredibly smooth and we did not have any issues with our first Paycom payroll. The customer service can't be beat. It has been a smooth transition from ADP to Paycom and the implementation was less stressful than it was with ADP. I have one dedicated person to my account that I can call or email whenever I have a question and Paycom has more customization to fit employer's needs. All my needs are being met with this system!
