After a horrendous implementation process, months of mistakes, and terrible customer service we fired Paycom. While our horrible experience with Paycom resulted in losing more than $30,000, it was our only option, since the system was never going to work as promised by the salespeople. Once we moved on from Paycom, we thought this whole nightmare was behind us. We were dead wrong. We received notification from the IRS that Paycom neglected to file our taxes for three quarters. When we contacted Paycom, their response was that they did know they were supposed to file our taxes--which is nonsense. We were told that someone from the Tax Department would get in contact with us. It's been more than a month, and no one has contacted us, and our repeated calls have gone no where. We get a standard response that "they are working on it, and they will call us back." Since no one will get back to us, and we don't know who to contact, I am posting this review in hopes that we can get the help we need to get our taxes filed.

Hello, I'm in the process of enrolling for benefits, but I want to decline health care and it won't let me. I had originally selected one of the plans and although I keep trying to decline it, it just won't get rid of the coverage. I keep clicking "decline" and it takes me to a blank white page, and when I go back to the benefits selection the health care coverage is still selected. I've tried in both Safari and Chrome and it's doing the same in both. Please help to get rid of the health care. I only want to keep the dental and 401k savings. My username is {{Redacted}}. Every time I try to login from home it never works!!! I have triple checked my password and username multiple time and still nothing. I have had this problem at work many times as well. I will keep trying then EVENTUALLY it will log me in with the same information I have been using the entire time. This site is such a headache and waist of time. I do not wan to reset my password because it is correct, and I will probably run into the same issue again. Complete bogus. AND wow you have a MINIMUM of 100 words for you reviews. Just another headache. Your site is a complete joke.

I spoke a receptionist named Holly that I called at 4:15 central time at the number 800-580-4505, I do not have the last because she was uncomfortable giving me the information. I had an inquiry about how to transfer my 401k from my previous company to my new company. She gave me very vague details that didn't make much sense and when I asked her for further details she stated "we don't handle that, its the responsiblity of the third party company." I asked to speak to another representative that might have additional details but after being placed on hold she said that the company doesn't handle this. I would like to speak to someone that can give me details about what information I need to get from my HR representative so that I can transfer my 401k. My number is 7703695897.

Paycom - Custom reporting - meh

One of the things that I was sold on about paycom was the custom reporting. there are many aspects that are great. However, I cant wrap my ahead around this one thing. There is a report that i need for a billiing purpose, rather than payroll. The Total Hours by Time Range report is perfect, except it has employee pay rates on it. That's it. I need that report without the rates. My specialist says it cant be done. That doesnt make sense at all. If the report is there and if some reports can be customized, I cannot accept that this report cant be customized. Once it is customized.... I remain hopeful that I can get this report.... then I need it to run by department every day and email it interested departments. Theoretically, each department may have different contacts. Can that be done?

Paycom - Absolute Nightmare

I thought the worst was over when we finally got through the horrendous implementation with a “specialist” that knew nothing but now Paycom has over paid our payroll taxes by 30k. No small mistake. I've used a multitude of other systems, Ultipro, ADP, Netchex, Paylocity and Paycor. This system has been the most cumbersome, difficult to implement and all around awful system. Each listed above have their quirks but they at least do somethings well. I can't list a single thing on the Paycom platform that functions well. I’m counting down the days until I can fire Paycom and implement a system that actually works, I trust the data coming out and doesn’t require so much manual input. Terrible system that I will be steering my HR/Payroll network away from.
