Please stop offer a product

We switched to Paycom as equity owner wanted to cut payroll expenses. Spent endless hours in setup due to the complexity of multiple company codes and numerous shifts with different pay rules.

Fantastic, excellent, we can do that were the comments from Sales and Setup. Young, seemingly bright people but I don't think any of them had any real world knowledge. They certainly didn;t know payroll and their own darn system! You can't even test the system, which I still can't imagine and we had to go live without a real test.

What a disaster. All the work we did completing documents, setting up shifts, pay grades, schedules and down to who belongs in what company code, was like they did nothing with that information. It was a terrible and it continued to be every single payroll. Thank God I left the company.

These people do not have a clue as to what they are doing. We escalated everything to as high as we could go.

Bright young people who kept saying fantastic, excellent and we can do that! If Paycom comes a knocking - do NOT let them in!

Salespeople were aggressive, but seemed to know what they were doing. Turns out they were not truthful at all.

We paid an implementation fee up front with a defined set of requirements. They tried to go live with a system that did not meet requirements. Numerous delays and after two failed start-ups we pulled the plug. PAYCOM admitted that they could not meet their commitments and provide a product that worked as promised in the proposal.

Did not even have the decency to refund all or a portion of the upfront fees. Integrity was so bad that I worry that they have our employees personal information.

RUN from this company.

Not user friendly takes too long clocking in and out, especially if you have multiple stops. Few dollars more and we could have had something decent. But no lets take 5 minutes to log in everytime??????

My company make us use Paycom. It really sucks because if you put in passwords and id it always ask you security questions.

My bank is easier to use and it has never been hacked. why do we have to use this *** system.. it will lock you out and will be very hard to log back in. why why why do we need the *** security questions when we have password.

do they really think that someone is trying to mess with my time off request.

I have use other systems and they are easier. please change your system

You don't have to have the security questions enabled, your administrator can disable them and they should only pop up once unless you log in from a different computer every single time....

When I joined my current employer, they had just installed Paycom. I say installed rather than implemented because they only dumped in the very basic information. We have over 700 employees and the "implementation" amounted to name, rank and serial number. Wait, scratch the serial number. The employee codes were alphanumeric including letters O and I?

The representatives appear to be very young and the developers have very limited HR knowledge. Many of the functions do not take into consideration how an HR person would use them. Some functions do not interact with others and some just don't exist. There is no leave of absence management function, only FMLA. OSHA and Unemployment cases cannot be closed.

The ATS function is completely worthless, and poorly developed. It takes too many clicks to move a person forward in the hiring process, and the interview groups required are painful and not conducive to very large groups with many people involved in interviews.

On a positive note, they develop new features often, but better planning on the front end, would reduce the need to have monthly updates, but quarterly ones.

If you choose Paycom, make sure you have at least one person on your team that can focus on implementation. This is a VERY labor intensive process.
