But I keep getting the same automated message about messaging my HR company. Just tell me how long the lock is!

My manager told me my username and reset the password for me and it still told me that everything was wrong. I'm so frustrated, and logging into this site is the last thing I need before I can actually get my schedule - so the longer the site refuses to let me log in, the longer I will be out of work and not making money.

Colin, to update your direct deposit settings please login and got to Payroll, Direct Deposit. From here you can update your primary direct deposit information and edit any distributions you may have. If this feature has not been enabled by your employer, please reach out directly to your HR/payroll team.

I hate the f*&^%^$$ username they automatically give to me. I cannot even remember it.

I have to write it down somewhere. If that is for security reason that makes no sense.

I constantly get lockout, I have to go to HR for help. You guys have no clue what you are doing.

You should fire your IT people. One of the worst designs I have ever used, especially your login process.

I use the computer all day and some sites work and some don't like yours.

I'm complaining to HR, not that it will do any good.. Everybody I talk to hates it also.

Fix your servers, security, and programming errors. Security questions are redundant and a waste of time. I'd think that email, password, last four of social would suffice.

Same comment as others: I have my password and username stored in my email under a folder called "Paycom Login". Why I do that is because I have numerous passwords and Paycom requires us to change the password every month which is ridiculous.

If your network is that vulnerable perhaps you need to look at that issue. But the problem: Even though I enter exact information for my username and password and last four of social I get the error page and it locks me out. This happens quite often. It isn't an HR issue.

This is a program error or server error on PayCom - period. FIX IT
