I am able to log into paycom but when i click on start of day or end of day, it says ALERT: Cannot log in from this location.

This is while i am sitting at my desk at work. What's with that????

Please let me know how to fix this problem.

I can log in from home or my cell phone. I use these locations to review my time punches and do requests.

But, I would like to be able to log in from my desk.

My mid-sized business transitioned to PayCom 6 weeks ago after being oversold on its capabilities. The sales rep over promised and then disappeared during the transition.

The transition team members were kind, but were extremely under trained. They were also quite sloppy in their work, never testing before launching.

Lastly, no one on my account seemed to have any idea what products we were actually paying for and failed to set up more than half of them. We didn't know this, of course, until our payrolls were wrong and automated functionality wasn't in place.

Do not make the move to PayCom. You will regret it.

Paycom holds your money til the very finally min til they pay you my check has been released by my employer but pay Com insist they hold it til Friday when any other service just process it why?

fix the problem with a password reset option

I couldn't remember my password so there is no mechanism to reset your password. Secondly, if you call support, they are only open between 8am-5pm. Suggest that if you do not remember your password, have an option to reset your password - like most companies have.

i switched banks and put the new information in on the paycom app i was wondering do i get a regular check this week or Do i have to wait til next week for my direct deposit? Because i know it takes time to fully process the switch

I believe this is my third negative review of Paycom; we used their services from November 2017-June 2018. My initial complaints were related to how badly they handled our implementation.

Our first payrolls were a complete nightmare, due to our implementation “specialist,” pulling old data from our previous payroll vendor. During the first several months using Paycom, we had to deal with an endless number of issues. We finally had to make the decision to cut our loses (more than $40,000), and terminate their services.

Despite losing a large some of money with Paycom, we were happy to move on to a competent payroll provider. Unfortunately, we started to receive letters from the IRS demanding money, because Paycom did not pay our taxes correctly.

The first bill was $10,000, which was due to an under payment. The second bill was for more $463,000, which was a result of Paycom not filing our taxes with the right form—not sure how a payroll company does this, but Paycom did. In addition, Paycom filed our quarterly taxes late. Lastly, we just received a letter from Social Security saying that the there is $30,000 discrepancy in what was reported to the IRS and Social Security.

Paycom’s incompetence is truly terrifying.

Choosing Paycom was the worst business decision we have ever made as an organization, and one that has negatively affected our business is so many ways. We are constantly in a state of anxiety as we wait for the next threatening letter to come from the IRS, due an error that Paycom made in filing our taxes.

Poor customer service

When I sign into Paycom from different computers, even when I use my correct ID and password, it asks security questions. Unfortunately, it never accepts the answers I give so I am unable to get in.

Now it won't even let me in on my main computer - my home laptop. And there is NO link on the site to customer service.

It just locked me out and that's it. Ridiculous.

Just attempting to get my user name, i have been attempting to contact my ex employee "0ke14" however no answer from them and your customer service cant help???? All i need is my user name so i can pull my W2 and file my taxes.... Its a simple request, however i cant get any help??
