I couldn't get into my account because I don't know my father birth date, my mom birthplace, my sister middle name, and who I just went to prom with. I don't know it's me or anything else but I can't seem to get the security question right

Benefit forms will not load.apparently I do not get benefits so why does it show up that I need to sign up but it won't let me I am now actively looking for s new job

I'm really glad (Sarcasm) my company is going with Paycom.

I keep my password saved in a word document, and I know it was correct when putting it in. After three unsuccessful tries it locked me out.

I will be reaching out to our HR and Payroll departments at least once a week to lobby us to switch services to ADP or a more competent company, one that has customer service and a support line. Not "Contact your HR and Payroll service" because they cannot be bothered to do anything themselves.

Thank you paycom for wasting my weekend.

I really hope to convince management to drop you. Sarcastic
