I entered the wrong account number when I set up direct deposit on Paycom. I corrected the error on Monday and my bank informed me that the account number I entered initially was nonexistent so the money should still be within the payroll system. My job’s accounting manager has been trying to figure where the money has gone but for the past two days has not received any correspondence back from Paycom on how to rectify this issue.

After initial registration I cannot log back into the app. Tired of the standard rigmarole about how it's the user's fault.

How am I to reset my password when the useless app ask security questions I never picked.

What a waste of my time and my health this has been. Remember when things were made and they actually did what they were made for...you nerds can't even get the nerd stuff right

Paycom - Time Management Option Misssing

An employee as lost access to the Time Management option in the Paycom app. He uses a Samsung Note 8. He says he was able to use this option weeks ago. I am able to see it on my app, in the same organization.
