Get your website to work properly

My company forced me to use your website. Every time I try to log on I have issue.

I'm forced to change my password, and then they don't like my security answers.

I'm pretty sure I know my oldest sister's name and my mothers maiden name. The service is AWFUL!

This service is horrible... trying to set up an account and it wont even let us with the information our employer gave use for Paycom

Any other profile that has security questions provided clues to help remember. 1 year after I set up and out of the blue I’m asked for a variety of 5 pins with no clues or anything to help me remember.

And no redundancy to reset them. What a terrible set up.

Help me access my account

My former company went out of business and I forgot my login in to the app and every resource says to contact my HR rep when they are out of business and have nobody to contact

Tried to log in - the system asked me security questions (which I answered) - then locked me out. I despise Pay com and will rail against this horrible system at every turn.

Did I not capitalize my street?

Did I not pluralize my school mascot? I don't know and it locked me out after only two attempts!

Every time I go to get on the site.i'm told wrong user name or password.then I go to hr they get me on.i write the new names, password down.guess what months later.know good.been like this for years.nothing about it I like.

NEVER contact my company again.

This has happened to us on two different occasions with separate reps in NYC. In 2017 it was {{redacted}} and today, {{redacted}}.

Each time we told them that we were not interested and do not want further information on their products.

They continue to call various people on the team and pop-up at our offices.

Today I told Connor that I was not considering Paycom so he then he calls my boss. When she transferred his call to me I told him not to call her or anyone on my team again. He later shows up in our lobby with cupcakes. He was promptly kicked out.

No means no. Their sales tactics border on harassment.
