I updated my information but you guys took $130 off of my paycheck I want that fixed my check was $789 it should’ve been $728 all together

Fix your servers, security, and programming errors. Security questions are redundant and a waste of time. I'd think that email, password, last four of social would suffice.

Same comment as others: I have my password and username stored in my email under a folder called "Paycom Login". Why I do that is because I have numerous passwords and Paycom requires us to change the password every month which is ridiculous.

If your network is that vulnerable perhaps you need to look at that issue. But the problem: Even though I enter exact information for my username and password and last four of social I get the error page and it locks me out. This happens quite often. It isn't an HR issue.

This is a program error or server error on PayCom - period. FIX IT

Provide experienced, knowledgable specialists who can properly configure the software to deliver a stable product.

Paycom's sales team is good. They spend time with you to find out exactly what you need and assure you every step of the way that they can deliver.

They were so good we believed them!

Unfortunately for us their database can not do what they claimed it would and even worse their implementation team barely knows their own product.

What should have been a 12 week implementation process is still in process six months later.

Be prepared to do your own implementation and to fix errors that are created by Paycom's implementation team. In the end you'll know more about their product then they do.

There were several conversion errors when we switched to Paycom. I was assured that my sales rep had never had a conversion failure.

i would say wrong PTO roll forward and wring YTD 401k contribution totals comes pretty close to a failure. I would suggest anyone converting not rely on the conversion team at Paycom but run your own totals on every category (especially 401k contributions) before and after the conversion.

Now we cannot get any service to correct the problems. We need to issue corrected W2's.

That makes for great employee relations. The sales team will not even respond to my emails and the customer service is extremely indifferent.

Worst decision I have made in 30 years of management.

Paycom implemented "system enhancements" and took away the simple way we've been putting in our payroll for years. Seems as if some engineers wowed their bosses with a demo.

People that work there are quite nice, but still... I Hate, hate, hate it. We had previously inquired about using the online access portion of the service - the cost was exorbitant for simply giving employees a login, so we save payroll stubs to pdf and put them in dropbox for employees.

I'm finally making the time to search for an alternative - some of the cloud based accounting svcs offer everything integrated. Can't wait to dump paycom.

One of the worst decision I ever made. While they gave a great presentation what we were told and what we got don't line up.

They can't get things to work right and their advanced reports are far from advanced. What would take a few minutes to run now takes hours to complete. No timesaver using their platform.

I lost time because things that were automated I now have to do manually. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

My company started using Paycom's system in early 2014. We have had constant issues from poor customer service to the system not paying our staff correctly.

Late 2016 I spoke with Brad Richardson about the issues and getting resolution prior to adding a sister company to the system. I was promised resolution and was given a dedicated rep who was initially responsive but once the sister company got onboard the issues escalated. When I have a scheduled call with my rep I get put on hold so they can respond to other calls resulting in maybe getting ten minutes to discuss and try to resolve issues instead of the hour scheduled. Poor customer service.

With the on-boarding of the sister company we added several new services based on an assurance that the new services would make our life easier. The services were oversold and has resulted in more work than we had with previous service providers. Paycom has a lot of improvement they need to make, specifically in customer service, services offered versus services actually provided, truthful representation of what Paycom will do when presenting a new service and a system that works correctly more often than not.

Not impressed and now will need to start the process of finding a new HRIS / Payroll Service provider. I can not recommend Paycom.

They eventually agreed to amend the W2 and the filing. They are also refunding the cost of the convertor.

In our situation, we were promised many things by Paycom and even paid thousands for a payroll "convertor" which would convert our POS data to payroll upload which after a year has still not been delivered in a usable state.

We pay most of our employees commission and were told they could handle it. They couldn't. They aren't able to provide percentages and we had to change our commission rates to do a work-around, costing us close to $10,000 a year. Also, the sales dollars are getting counted as hours, so their paychecks never list their correct hours. . .

We we told they would be responsible for our payroll, don't worry. When they did the set-up for medical insurance they setup the owner using their "owner" setup. We told them numerous times it did not look like it was correct but they assured us it was. Then after year-end and our CPA review, we found it was not correct and we would have to get Paycom to redo all the tax forms and we would have to amend our corporate and private tax returns. Not only does Paycom want money to fix their error, they want a release because they "aren't responsible for payroll", they are "only and online payroll software provider".

On the good side, the staff are very nice. Unfortunately they are not given enough time or control to do the job right.
