I thought the worst was over when we finally got through the horrendous implementation with a “specialist” that knew nothing but now Paycom has over paid our payroll taxes by 30k. No small mistake.

I've used a multitude of other systems, Ultipro, ADP, Netchex, Paylocity and Paycor.

This system has been the most cumbersome, difficult to implement and all around awful system. Each listed above have their quirks but they at least do somethings well.

I can't list a single thing on the Paycom platform that functions well.

I’m counting down the days until I can fire Paycom and implement a system that actually works, I trust the data coming out and doesn’t require so much manual input. Terrible system that I will be steering my HR/Payroll network away from.
