Its unacceptable for a big company as your to not have the translation with legal shield. How can you provide a service that your programming department cant even translate the code for the enrollment that cause customer able to access their account.

Paycom refuses to just sign in... it is beyond frustrating as the android app had worked a one point and decided to stop all of the sudden.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted app data, but nothing works. It used to do the fingerprint login, that doesn't work either now.

It has been weeks since I could use the Paycom app. It will allow me to input my login credentials and it will"Load" but it goes nowhere and just gives me the blank login page where I can input my login credentials again and again and again.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please verify your information is accurate in Employee Self-Service and then reach out to your HR/payroll team regarding the status of your direct deposit. Only your company’s HR/payroll personnel can access your employee data. They should be able to assist you regarding any questions you may have. If they have any questions, please have them reach out to their Paycom specialist.

I have experienced repeated issues with our Worked Holiday pay formulas only to have them monetarily corrected and other pay formulas messed up. I emailed my specialist to report the issue and after no response call to find out that my specialist has been changed for the 7th time in two and a half years and the 4th new specialist in the last two months.

After working on the issue all day my specialist and their lead leave for the day with no resolution and no call to me to tell me if they had resolved the issue. The only good thing I can say is the after hours staff are good at their jobs. Two of the issues were resolved by them within an hour of calling them and staying on the phone to resolve.

My assigned specialist could not even bother to call me even after repeated requests to do so.

Paycom Rocks!

I've used Paycom for the past 8 years. It was previously installed at the first company I was with, then at my past two employers, I (as HR Director) had it installed based on my past experience. Customer service is awesome. My sales people were awesome. The software is awesome. I've NEVER had a problem with anything. (I'm VERY surprised at any negative reviews.) I love the product -- it gives me everything I need as an HR professional. I am in the system literally 90% of my day. It is a bit pricey and they charge extra for all the other portals, but you get what you pay for. Reports are awesome. My employees find the system super easy to navigate. They can access it anywhere they have a computer or smart phone. Supervisors love the system for reviewing, correcting and approving timecards. It does a great job tracking paid time off. Payroll is always spot on. I can't say enough good things about it.
