Paycom's sales team is good.They spend time with you to find out exactly what you need and assure you every step of the way that they can deliver.
They were so good we believed them!
Unfortunately for us their database can not do what they claimed it would and even worse their implementation team barely knows their own product.
What should have been a 12 week implementation process is still in process six months later.
Be prepared to do your own implementation and to fix errors that are created by Paycom's implementation team.In the end you'll know more about their product then they do.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Provide experienced, knowledgable specialists who can properly configure the software to deliver a stable product. .
I didn't like: Continuous problems, Support staff.
