We mail physical Forms W-2 to all our clients and would encourage you reach out to your payroll/HR department for more information if you have not received a physical copy.

It seems like I have to have my employer manually reset my password each and every pay period as the system always says that it can't log in that the site is invalid.What a pain in the ***!

I hope my employer realizes their mistake soon. I previously used ADP at two separate companies and it was reliable and efficient. I also liked that your W-2 info could be automatically populated when doing your tax refund. Paycom just lets you print crappy pdfs of pay stubs and W-2s.

Why don't they mail out paper copies if desired?

ADP would.If I were a business owner I would run from this company.
