Deposits are not made it time to make it to your bank account on the deposit date . Caused lot of problems .

I currently lost my cell phone and now have not been able to log in to punch my time card. Is there anyway I can remove the secondary verification without logging in on my end?? Even my management team here at Hilton are unable to help me and I am doing this on my shift@!@!

To Whom It May Concern:

I just moved from Paycor to Paycom. I was emphatically told that Paycom was much better than Paycor. I had used Paycom at a prior employer for 3-months and liked the product. I went into detail about what I needed, and how the two things I didn't like from Paycor was the inefficiency of the Time and Attendance side with the HRM side, and their Customer Service, but other than that I had everything I needed to get the job done, when CS responded.

Today, I don't have half of the services Paycor gave me - at a less cost than I am currently paying for Paycom. When I ask about a service, I have to pay even more for it. My implementation group obviously has been assigned other customers, and so I am the last to receive services. My first payroll was a mess as well as my benefits Open Enrollment even thought I had made a point to indicate several times that the system needed to be open by 9/8. Instead, it was open on 9/14, and all the benefits were incorrect. Making me struggle with getting my employee enroll with only one day.

Then I asked for my Holiday be entered with the rule of having to work the day before and after to be paid the holiday. The answer I got was, "I don't think we can do that." My attendance policy is not working correctly either.

I could go on and on, but I hope you get the picture. As an HR Professional, being responsive and providing excellent customer service to my employees it extremely important to me. My expectation on this is extremely high when I am the customer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I overlooked my bank statements and my math. There was no error..

*UPDATE* I over-looked my bank statements. There was no error. I have worked overtime for over two weeks, and I only got a week's worth of pay. Why did this happen?

I filed a complaint on July 17, 2020. Regarding my refund due to product misrepresentation.

I want everyone to know that paycom leadership does care. I had the pleasure of speaking to their Regional VP (Ms S.) who reached out to me directly to rectify the issues we faced. She was very warm and truly concerned to learn about our experience with paycom and its representatives. She has assured me we will be made whole(getting our refund).

I don't want others to think paycom isn't a good product.--it is. I am happy to know that paycom leadership believes in doing the right thing. Ms S. was very knowledgeable of what DSPs need, and she really understands the product functionality I was seeking when we considered paycom.

I received an email to complete a checklist and training on paycom ESS but I dont work and I have never heard of paycom. The only thing I can think of is that I did cash crates a couple of months ago to earn money but was never paid

Every complaint about being locked out they say go to HR... My HR LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER BEING LET GO AND NOW I CANT ACCESS MY INFORMATION!

I have reached out to HR and they refuse to unlock my account. This is BS and I dont see how it is legal

Having horrible time here. I've been using the mobile Paycom app for 3 months with no issue till recently.

When trying to log in I get "Error The server gave an invalid response. Please try again later." At first I was able to log in on the 3rd try but now I can not log in at all. Using a web browser I have ZERO issues, only the app is the problem. I use a Verizon droid Samsung Note 3.

My wife has no problems, and she has the same style phone. I can only guess that it's my phone but where to start?

Any thoughts or fixes to this issue would be appreciated. Till I get this fixed the app is useless and taking up space on my phone.
