I have experienced repeated issues with our Worked Holiday pay formulas only to have them monetarily corrected and other pay formulas messed up.I emailed my specialist to report the issue and after no response call to find out that my specialist has been changed for the 7th time in two and a half years and the 4th new specialist in the last two months.
After working on the issue all day my specialist and their lead leave for the day with no resolution and no call to me to tell me if they had resolved the issue. The only good thing I can say is the after hours staff are good at their jobs. Two of the issues were resolved by them within an hour of calling them and staying on the phone to resolve.
My assigned specialist could not even bother to call me even after repeated requests to do so.
