users are telling me that after try to punch two times, and the clock does not recognized their fingerprint, timeclocks shows "Duplicate Punch".

This should not happen regarding they were unable to punch.

I think this is related to a bug on the software.

If you haven’t yet, we also recommend downloading our free mobile app, available in the App Store and the Google Play Store, and setting up one of the available quick login options: 4-digit PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition. This will provide you a much quicker and more secure login experience.

I can not understand for the likes of me why every pay period I get locked out of my account & have to call my employer to unlock or reset my login information when i have the correct information to log in by myself. Sometimes I try to log in after hours and I have to wait until the next business day to have my employer to get me right with the SAME DARN INFORMATION. It's a waste of time, a huge aggravation & Paycomonline.net needs to do better & if not my employer need to switch payroll companies because I never had this issue with ADP, NEVER.

I was out of wifi for amount of time. When I try to finish my hiring paperwork for Wing House, it's not allowing me to log back in to complete my paperwork

My company make us use Paycom. It really sucks because if you put in passwords and id it always ask you security questions.

My bank is easier to use and it has never been hacked. why do we have to use this *** system.. it will lock you out and will be very hard to log back in. why why why do we need the *** security questions when we have password.

do they really think that someone is trying to mess with my time off request.

I have use other systems and they are easier. please change your system

This company should be shut down. Every time they do a "update" saved information is lost.

ACA is not compliant. Trouble saving Data, and losing data. Sales representative will abandon you and refer you to a call center after they get your money. I have worked with companies of all sizes and have never seen such an unreliable company, unethical, rude and take no responsibility for their products.

Will not provide ANY support. Calls were even made to corporate management numerous times with no return call.

Tax issues, told us they needed to deduct 20k right now and they had no reason why. Then they had to give us 12k back because they don't know what they are doing.

W2 issues we were supposed to get them free for two years. and then at 4.75 each after the fact. they deducted 28k and then when I told them I want my money they asked if they could have it in a payment plan.

GL-is a joke they charge you 2g for a converter that never worked and then they don't even offer a importable file into your quickbooks.

payroll issues- their payroll reps are rude atrocities (except Ivory Nice)

nickel and dime you to death

They lied cheated and stole their way right out of our company.

MANAGEMENT is the worst I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT go to this company for anything.
