Our unique service model sees that your sales rep remains with you through the first payroll before transitioning to your long-term care support specialist. This helps ensure our new clients’ expectations are met, if not exceeded. Because the transition process you described is uncommon, we would like to learn more about it.

Salespeople were aggressive, but seemed to know what they were doing.Turns out they were not truthful at all.

We paid an implementation fee up front with a defined set of requirements. They tried to go live with a system that did not meet requirements. Numerous delays and after two failed start-ups we pulled the plug. PAYCOM admitted that they could not meet their commitments and provide a product that worked as promised in the proposal.

Did not even have the decency to refund all or a portion of the upfront fees. Integrity was so bad that I worry that they have our employees personal information.

RUN from this company.
