Salespeople were aggressive, but seemed to know what they were doing.Turns out they were not truthful at all.
We paid an implementation fee up front with a defined set of requirements. They tried to go live with a system that did not meet requirements. Numerous delays and after two failed start-ups we pulled the plug. PAYCOM admitted that they could not meet their commitments and provide a product that worked as promised in the proposal.
Did not even have the decency to refund all or a portion of the upfront fees. Integrity was so bad that I worry that they have our employees personal information.
RUN from this company.
