My mid-sized business transitioned to PayCom 6 weeks ago after being oversold on its capabilities. The sales rep over promised and then disappeared during the transition.

The transition team members were kind, but were extremely under trained. They were also quite sloppy in their work, never testing before launching.

Lastly, no one on my account seemed to have any idea what products we were actually paying for and failed to set up more than half of them. We didn't know this, of course, until our payrolls were wrong and automated functionality wasn't in place.

Do not make the move to PayCom. You will regret it.
