But I keep getting the same automated message about messaging my HR company. Just tell me how long the lock is!

My manager told me my username and reset the password for me and it still told me that everything was wrong. I'm so frustrated, and logging into this site is the last thing I need before I can actually get my schedule - so the longer the site refuses to let me log in, the longer I will be out of work and not making money.
