Miserable pain in the *** for employees to use. When trying to log in or out there are pop ups requesting security questions. You can't do anything until you answer. Can't remember? You're screwed.

They want you to take classes to learn their system. Who cares about their system? We have an administrator for that.

You try to log in & out & messages of no importance pop up. Nobody cares about Paycom.

Real workers just want to punch in and punch out. That's it. Paycom is an interference. Nothing more than a glorified time clock. I prefer the time clock. It doesn't need to know my social security number and where my Mother was born. Just another on line company that's intruding into my privacy.

I loathe and despise you every single day - twice.
