When I am logged in on the app, it will not let me log in online. I tried logging out of the app thinking maybe it just said I was already logged in.

It still did not work. It would not let me log back in on the app either even though I knew my password. I clicked reset password even though I was positive I had the correct one, the temporary password did not work either.

This will be the third time that I will have to contact my HR at work to reset my account because this always happens. This is ridiculous.
