In October "2018" I received an email from paycom advising me of my user name and temporary password. I recently was rehired and need a copy of paycheck but the login info doesn't work!

I tryed to follow the instructions when u don't have password. Supposedly an email will be sent to the email address on file with reset info.

I have not received any such email even though i have requested it a # of time's. since i received an email from ya'll in 2018 you HAVE TO HAVE MY EMAIL IN YOUR FILES .....Help
