I entered the wrong account number when I set up direct deposit on Paycom. I corrected the error on Monday and my bank informed me that the account number I entered initially was nonexistent so the money should still be within the payroll system. My job’s accounting manager has been trying to figure where the money has gone but for the past two days has not received any correspondence back from Paycom on how to rectify this issue.
