My company started using Paycom's system in early 2014.We have had constant issues from poor customer service to the system not paying our staff correctly.

Late 2016 I spoke with Brad Richardson about the issues and getting resolution prior to adding a sister company to the system. I was promised resolution and was given a dedicated rep who was initially responsive but once the sister company got onboard the issues escalated. When I have a scheduled call with my rep I get put on hold so they can respond to other calls resulting in maybe getting ten minutes to discuss and try to resolve issues instead of the hour scheduled. Poor customer service.

With the on-boarding of the sister company we added several new services based on an assurance that the new services would make our life easier. The services were oversold and has resulted in more work than we had with previous service providers. Paycom has a lot of improvement they need to make, specifically in customer service, services offered versus services actually provided, truthful representation of what Paycom will do when presenting a new service and a system that works correctly more often than not.

Not impressed and now will need to start the process of finding a new HRIS / Payroll Service provider.I can not recommend Paycom.
