Paycom refuses to just sign in... it is beyond frustrating as the android app had worked a one point and decided to stop all of the sudden.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted app data, but nothing works. It used to do the fingerprint login, that doesn't work either now.

It has been weeks since I could use the Paycom app. It will allow me to input my login credentials and it will"Load" but it goes nowhere and just gives me the blank login page where I can input my login credentials again and again and again.

If you haven’t yet, we also recommend downloading our free mobile app, available in the App Store and the Google Play Store, and setting up one of the available quick login options: 4-digit PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition. This will provide you a much quicker and more secure login experience.

I can not understand for the likes of me why every pay period I get locked out of my account & have to call my employer to unlock or reset my login information when i have the correct information to log in by myself. Sometimes I try to log in after hours and I have to wait until the next business day to have my employer to get me right with the SAME DARN INFORMATION. It's a waste of time, a huge aggravation & Paycomonline.net needs to do better & if not my employer need to switch payroll companies because I never had this issue with ADP, NEVER.

As an end user 'employee' in the paycom system, there is no possible way to reset your credentials if you don't remember them, which is stupid since most likely you have forgotten, and...oh yeah, that's why you are atthestupidresetmypasswordinterfaceinthefirstplace.

This is not rocket science. Even 'stodgy old' financial outfits such as FIDELITY AND VANGUARD have figured out how to enable their end users to reset their credentials. In their use cases there is the potential for huge financial losses if they don't get it right. Seriously. Figure it out, please.

Paycom is the WORST

The site itself is glitchy, and the login doesn't work consistently. Often I get a message that my username and password are incorrect, only to change and still experience the same issue--after the hassle of entering my security questions and switching to another secure password.

I hope my company changes vendors. Paycom is the worst. The attached photo is only one of the latest issues I've experienced. Sometimes the login doesn't work in Chrome, sometimes not in Safari.

What are customers supposed to use, Netscape?

I have to access the site from Turkey, and the issues never stop. Today, I tried repeatedly to log in with multiple browsers, but could not do so until using a proxy vpn, and could not submit a time sheet because the browser detected that my local time was different. Why so many issues?

Paycom needs to address these user issues. I work for a large NGO, and I know that many of our employees experience frustration with this site.

We’re sorry you are experiencing difficulty. If you have access to your bank statements, you can also find the amount of your last paystub there if you have direct deposit. Your HR/payroll team should be able to reset your password if you are an active employee. Based on how your employer has enabled employee access, as a current employee you have the option to receive your W2 via Employee Self-Service, by mail or both. If you are a former employee, your former employer can help you retrieve these forms. The Internal Revenue Service has set the deadline of January 31 for filing of W2 forms. If your employer requires assistance in accessing your forms or resetting your login and password, please have them contact their Paycom specialist directly. I cannot log into Paycom it says invalid login or password I already tried the change password and it says I have to have all this information to login and one piece of information is I have to have the net amount of my last paycheck I don't have my check stub and I don't have access to that check stub because I can't access paycom the employer will not help me and told me to keep trying to play with it until I can get it she said she does not have the capability to help me I called customer service only to be told that they also cannot help me cuz they don't have access to my login information so I cannot access paycom to change my address for my W2 because I am no longer with that company my phone number is 325-721-5360 if someone can help me please please
