I've used Paycom for the past 8 years. It was previously installed at the first company I was with, then at my past two employers, I (as HR Director) had it installed based on my past experience.

Customer service is awesome. My sales people were awesome. The software is awesome. I've NEVER had a problem with anything.

(I'm VERY surprised at any negative reviews.) I love the product -- it gives me everything I need as an HR professional. I am in the system literally 90% of my day. It is a bit pricey and they charge extra for all the other portals, but you get what you pay for. Reports are awesome.

My employees find the system super easy to navigate. They can access it anywhere they have a computer or smart phone. Supervisors love the system for reviewing, correcting and approving timecards. It does a great job tracking paid time off.

Payroll is always spot on.

I can't say enough good things about it.
