We switched from ADP back in August (they still haven't realized it yet??) and couldn't be happier that we did.The centralized data base is great!
The response from sales and operations has been excellent. We are very happy with their product and their service. My staff created an error that looked to have us miss our 'payday'. I made a call to my sales rep at 6:30 at night and not only did he call me right back, he called operations and fixed the issue for us.
Mind you, this 'issue' was all of our making!not Paycom's!
