I'm really glad (Sarcasm) my company is going with Paycom.
I keep my password saved in a word document, and I know it was correct when putting it in. After three unsuccessful tries it locked me out.
I will be reaching out to our HR and Payroll departments at least once a week to lobby us to switch services to ADP or a more competent company, one that has customer service and a support line. Not "Contact your HR and Payroll service" because they cannot be bothered to do anything themselves.
Thank you paycom for wasting my weekend.
I really hope to convince management to drop you.
