I'm a business owner and one who is interested in solutions that Paycom offers. However, after reading Chad Ritchie's response to the problems that OU has experienced lately I will never consider using Paycom.

Are you kidding me??? Ritchie advocates circumventing "free speech" in the name of political correctness?

His actions and statements are outrageous and will be noticed by business owners.

Can not log in / unknown error

I could not punch out at the end of the day because it would not let me log in "unknown error". If I can not log in tomorrow then I quit, because THIS IS HOW I GET PAID!!! worthless app

Security Questions

Terrible. I know my login and even know my security questions, but when I get to the questions it says it’s incorrect and won’t let me login.

Please help me get into my account.

It just feels so unnecessary to have all head questions just to get logged in. I might get fired just because I can’t even login to this app.

Should have never switched

They over promise and under deliver. We switched to paycom because our previous payroll provider was not equip to deal with a company of our size. We switched to paycom thinking that everything would be streamline. They sell you that you have a dedicated account rep. If that person wasn't available, we could speak to another member of the team. Problem is, seems like every employee there has been with them for a minimal amount of time-

They do not know how to get things resolved. They don't seem to know the software themselves. When we were discussing the move, we asked our sales rep if we were able to set up a notification in the system, that would ping us if an employee is getting close to the end of their fifth hour, so we could ensure they take their lunch before inuring a meal penalty. We switched in June, its February, and we are still trying to get this done. Its one "idea" after another on how to get this notification set up accurately. This should be simple. You can either do it, or you cant!

I wont even go into the screw ups on our implementation, the continued issues with the ACA, even though I have corrected things manually and told them in writing the codes for the company are wrong, they are not fixed. If things don't get fixed within the next month, I'm interviewing other payroll providers.

I think this could be a great product, but the inexperience of their entire staff, really makes this company a disaster to work with. Friendly people, just not knowledgeable.

Preferred solution: Can we get the issue resolved? I just need these notifications to work!!!

The service sucks

My company forced me to use your website. Every time I try to log on I have issue.

I'm forced to change my password, and then they don't like my security answers.

I'm pretty sure I know my oldest sister's name and my mothers maiden name. The service is AWFUL!

Bait and switch. Twice.

This is a company that seems to be having some internal changes to its policies and practices. The first sign is when our sales person quit.

Upper Management and local sales team members blame each other instead of focusing on customer service and doing the right thing. We were absolutely "misled". Twice. We chose this company because it had excellent reviews and we were told that our price point would not change, that Paycom does not raise their prices on existing clients.

Lie. Just received a notice of a 3.8% after one year. We were told price would only increase if we opted to use any future add on features they developed. We were also misled and told that what we signed on for included all the modules they offered at the time of signing.

Another lie. When we went to get training on some of these features, we were told we didn't have them activated even though we provided email proof with our sales person that we were expecting to have access to these modules when we signed on. I do not trust this company at this point.

A little over a year with them and we've had two major issues where we've had the bait and switch pulled on us. Our client Specialist is amazingly helpful and responsive though.

Cannot set up Paycom.

I have been hired at the Panera Bread in Enfield ct. I downl;oaded app.

I absolutely have tried 20 times and I cannot get past anything. I get username,password,Social security number last 4 digits.

I cannot get past this. It says invalid username,social security number,and password

I can’t set direct deposit

Im SMS transportation employee my SS is ***-**-**** I need to set my direct deposit, I couldnt because I dont understand why I have to set distributions I marked NO but it s still asking me to edit distributions, I didnt received my paycheck by direct deposit because of this, company says they deposited as direct deposit and my Wellsfargo bank says they never received any money, is there somebody to help me please
