After having a quite negative and probably discriminatory incident with this company I began reading other reviews to the same tune.I think something stinks at Paycom and the people who work there, particularly the higher ups, seem to think they are above any kind of legal or moral recourse.
Technology is a beautiful thing and there are plenty of things being said that will, one day, either make them change their ways or shut them down if they don't want to change. It's weird, isn't it, that so many customers and candidates who have been interviewed or come in to do sales canvasing have so many bad things to say but "all" of the current employees are happy. It doesn't work that way. Thank goodness for anonymous forums.
I am so glad I came across these reviews along with the ones on Glassdoor.com. You do have to look to find them, but they are there. If you've been done wrong by this company, don't worry, you aren't alone.
If you feel that you've been discriminated against by this company, speak up.Nothing can be done if no one goes through the proper channels (EEOC, AG, etc...)
