The product itself is Cadillac.The service side is broken rusty roller skate.
Response time for the simplest request is usually hours. The help desk is not appropriately named. This Company gives an impression of adversary rather than business partner. You can almost hear the giggle that accompanies the fees.
The transition was the most painful transaction in my entire career. In addition the many thousands we spent on migration was taken up front, however the set up was unprofessional, incomplete, behind schedule and very sloppy. There were many broken promises and only after we approached legal action were the WRITTEN policies honored. I have used 3 other major processors.
Although Paycom has a superior product the horrendous service puts this provider at the absolute bottom of my list.I would not wish this company on my worst enemy.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I liked: Actual software.
I didn't like: Any aspect of customer service.
