I spoke a receptionist named Holly that I called at 4:15 central time at the number 800-580-4505, I do not have the last because she was uncomfortable giving me the information. I had an inquiry about how to transfer my 401k from my previous company to my new company.
She gave me very vague details that didn't make much sense and when I asked her for further details she stated "we don't handle that, its the responsiblity of the third party company." I asked to speak to another representative that might have additional details but after being placed on hold she said that the company doesn't handle this. I would like to speak to someone that can give me details about what information I need to get from my HR representative so that I can transfer my 401k.
