Our product was designed with the end-user in mind, meaning our system is simple to use and easy to navigate. An additional benefit to the system is that it works for you, giving our users several ways to set preferences so the system is the same each time someone logs in. Our solution also gives users the ability to save information on a page and return to it at a later date to finish. We do want to make note that employee changes can be done in payroll transactions and we have made a number of enhancements to our platform. Our support staff goes through extensive training to ensure they are knowledgeable on all areas of the Paycom system.

This is the most infuriating company I have ever worked with. I never thought that I would want to go back to ADP.

The software is garbage. I practically have to trick it to get it to pay people correctly. They have idiotic support staff that do not have even a basic understanding of payroll law. The can't calculate our 401k match properly so I have to do it manually ever single payroll.

You can't make a change to an employee after creating your payroll grid or it won't go through. If you need to make one little change you have to reject the entire payroll and start all over again.

It will also cost a lot more than they quote you.

I didn't like: Actual software, Support staff, Price.

I'm with ADP and a few things caught my eye about your post:

- Calculating and integrating a 401k plan

- Changing employee information

- Difficulty dealing with the client service team

I'd love to speak with you about how ADP takes full liability for all 401k money movements, would allow you to easily change employee information, and has a support team that has helped us maintain above a 90% client retention rate.
